I came to New York at 20. Alone. No parents, no partner, no English, no money — just a knowing that there was more.
I failed the nursing school entrance exam six times because my English wasn't good enough. But my body knew this was my path before my mind had proof.
That pull — the one you feel but can't explain — I followed it against all logic, all evidence, all fear.



STAGE 2:
UNDERSTAND YOUR RESISTANCE
Years later, I built a wellness center. Lost $150,000 before my first profit. Got invited to Shark Tank and epically failed the casting because of my fear of public speaking. Sold the center after Covid and crashed into deep depression and anxiety.
I did what high-achievers always do after a loss: I rebuilt. New programs. New certifications. New formulas. I built a half-million person community. I wrote a cookbook. I kept achieving.
Then one day I realized — I wasn't running toward something. I was running away from myself.
I wrote in my journal: "I am standing in 2 different boats, one foot in each."
I knew what I wanted. I could see it clearly. But I couldn't embody it.
My body was screaming the truth — tight pants, inflammation, exhaustion — before my mind would listen.
I lived the exact stuck pattern my clients experience: knowing the answer but unable to live it.
Then I wrote: "I hired the best coach I knew I could afford — I HIRED MYSELF."
I turned toward my resistance instead of fighting it. I met the shadow. I asked: Why is this so hard? What am I protecting?

I made the choice. I followed my aspiration even when it terrified me. I left everything I knew — not once, but over and over. Ukraine to NYC. Nursing student to nurse. Wellness center owner to coach. Half a million wellness community I built @norxneeded to authenticity work.
Every single risk was me choosing expression over safety. Becoming over staying.
The two boats became one path.
Now I guide others through the same journey.

A: Most clients begin with Stage 1: Sense Your Truth. If you've already done deep somatic or shadow work and feel ready for a later stage, we can discuss your starting point during a free discovery call.
A: That's what the free discovery call is for. We'll talk about where you are, what you need, and whether this method is right for you. I only work with clients I genuinely believe I can serve.
A: The Single Clarity Session is for people who've already done significant personal work and have one specific tactical issue to address. Stage 1 is the entry point for the transformation journey — three sessions that build on each other. If you're just starting, Stage 1 is designed for you.
CATEGORY: HOW SESSIONS WORK
A: Sessions are scheduled 1–2 weeks apart. This pacing is intentional —
transformation happens in the space between our sessions, not just during them.
That's when you practice what emerges, notice patterns in your daily life,
and let the work integrate into your body before we go deeper.
Rushing through sessions back-to-back bypasses the embodiment process.
The method works because you're living it between sessions, not just
talking about it during them.
For the Full Journey, most clients complete all three stages within 4–6 months
when following the recommended 1–2 week pacing. You have up to 12 months to
accommodate life circumstances, travel, or the need for longer integration
periods between stages.
A: All sessions are conducted via Google Meet or similar (video). You'll receive a link when you book.
A: Yes, you're welcome to record sessions for your own personal use.
A: I ask for 24 hours notice when possible. I understand life happens and will work with you when last-minute changes are necessary.
A: No. Transformation happens in the space between our sessions — that's where you practice meeting yourself without needing external validation. This is how you learn to trust your own sense, not outsource it to me. We'll explore what comes up at our next scheduled session.
CATEGORY: INVESTMENT & PAYMENT
A: No. Coaching is not covered by insurance. This is an out-of-pocket investment in your transformation.
A: Yes. For the Full Journey package ($3,000), payment plans are available through a third party application at checkout (availability is subject to your country of residence).
You can usually split the investment into 3–6 monthly installments. The third party handles the financing — I receive payment in full, and you make payments to them.
A: The Full Journey investment ($3,000) is non-refundable once Stage 1 begins. However, you have 12 months to complete all three stages. If you need to pause, we'll honor that. Life circumstances can be discussed case-by-case.

A: Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and diagnosing/treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on present-moment transformation — helping you sense your truth, understand your resistance, and embody your authentic self moving forward. I'm a coach, not a therapist. If you're in crisis or dealing with acute mental health issues, I'll refer you to appropriate care.
A: No. This is individual work. The container is created for you alone — that's where you can be fully authentic without performing for anyone else. If you're exploring couples work or need your partner involved, I can refer you to someone who specializes in that.
